For a request about your personal data, read the privacy policy first: depending on whether you hold an AskNudge account or filled in a customer’s booking form, you are not writing to the same party.

The software, the interfaces, the copy, the visuals and the AskNudge brand belong to the publisher or are licensed to it. Any reproduction or reuse beyond normal use of the service requires written permission.

Content published by customers on their own booking forms — copy, logos, colours, custom domains — remains theirs. The publisher only hosts it on their behalf.

AskNudge publishes booking forms that are operated by its customers. The content of those forms, the meetings offered and whatever follows from them are the responsibility of the company publishing them, not of the publisher.

The publisher works to keep the service available and accurate but cannot guarantee either. Links to third-party sites are provided for information only; their content is the responsibility of their authors alone.

The processing of personal data and the use of cookies are described in the privacy policy. Product analytics are never started without your agreement. Advertising tags, on the other hand, depend on a setting that belongs to each customer organisation: section 5 of the privacy policy sets out both cases.

This notice is governed by French law. Failing an amicable settlement, the French courts have jurisdiction, subject to the mandatory rules applicable to consumers.
