Your prospects have technical questions. Answer them before the demo.

A question about an integration or about security? Nudge answers it from your documentation while the prospect reads, then books the demo in the conversation once they are ready.

WHAT THEY ASK

Before booking a demo, they want to know.

  • Does it work with the tools we already use?

It answers from your Integrations page and links to the documentation.

  • Where is our data hosted?

It answers from your Security page, with the link.

  • How long does rollout take?

It uses the timelines from your documentation and case studies.

  • Is there a discount from 200 seats?

It isn’t written anywhere, so it says so and offers the demo. The question shows up in Nudge.

THE BRIEF BEFORE THE DEMO

Your account executive walks into the demo with the brief.

  • What the prospect asked

Their need and the objection they raised, plus the topics they brought up. Timing and their part in the decision only appear if they mentioned them.

  • In their own words

A need or an objection only makes it into the brief with the prospect’s sentence behind it, checked word for word.

  • One hour before the demo

That is the default, and you can set it up to 24 hours ahead. The brief goes out by email with the video link and the conversation link, and it also waits in Nudge.
